近期,本课题组张敏老师和朱添羽同学和王婉婷同学分别以通讯作者和共同第一作者在国际会议2023 IEEE International Flexible Electronics Technology Conference (IFETC)上发表了题为“An Intrinsically Flexible All-carbon Differential Amplifier with High Gain and Bandwidth”  的研究成果。

在这项工作中,我们展示了一种基于零电压二极管连接p型CNT-TFT负载的的本征柔性差分放大器。该放大器表现出34.1dB的直流增益(DC增益)和102kHz的单位增益带宽。该柔性差分放大器当在5mm半径处弯曲时表现出良好的鲁棒性,性能不会显著下降。这种柔性放大器在柔性电子以及物联网模拟前端具有良好的应用前景。

In this work, we demonstrate an intrinsically flexible differential amplifier with a zero-V gs connected transistor load based on p-type carbon nanotube thin-film transistors. The amplifier exhibits a direct current gain (DC-gain) of 34.1 dB and a unity gain bandwidth of 102 kHz. Importantly, the amplifier shows robustness with no significant degradation in performance when bending at radius of 5 mm. This flexible amplifier is highly promising for applications in soft electronics and Internet of Things analog front ends.
