张文佳博士,助理教授,博士生导师,在美国德州大学奥斯汀分校获得社区与区域规划 的博士学位,曾于美国北卡罗莱纳大学夏洛特分校从事博士后研究和教学工作。他目前担任中国城市科学研究会城市大数据专业委员会委员、世界交通运输大会(WTC)时空间交通行为和交通大数据委员会以及交通与城市空间结构委员会的专业委员。

他致力于从不同空间尺度(社区、城市、区域、以及全球)去理解建成环境与人类行为之间的互动关系,利用多源与海量数据,借助大数据挖掘、社会网络分析、机器学习、统计学、与计算机模拟等定量技术进行分析,最终为如何构建可持续与智慧的社区与城市提供政策与规划设计决策支持。研究兴趣集中在面向城市研究的大数据与人工智能技术开发,基于行为的建成环境规划设计、交通行为与规划,城市经济学,智慧城市规划设计,粤港澳湾区规划与城市网络等。目前已发表20多篇学术论文,其中10篇SCI/SSCI文章,包括在《Annals of American Association of Geographers》、《Journal of Urban Economics》、《Urban Studies》、《 Computers, Environment and Urban Systems》等学科顶级期刊上发表一作文章,并参与多项智慧城市相关的科研项目
