简介:
目前所从事的主要研究领域为:模拟及射频电路设计与分析建模(PLL, ADC, PA等)、无线收发机设计、微传感器电路设计。
在国际期刊和会议上发表SCI/EI文章20余篇。曾在里昂中央理工大学纳米技术实验室(INL)从事博士后研究,在法国国家科研中心(CNRS)下的 XLIM实验室从事高频微电子研究工作,在华为公司从事通信系统的研发工作。IEEE会员,电路与系统CAS分会会员。
获得法国利摩日(Limoges)大学高频微电子博士学位、INSA-Lyon集成电路硕士学位。在硕士、博士和博士 后期间分别参与意法半导体、安捷伦、以及欧盟等多项科研项目,在集成电路设计、射频电路分析和验证等方面具有 实际研究和经验。与意法半导体合作进行射频压控振荡器的研究; 与Agilent Esof合作进行锁相环(PLL)的设计和仿真,所取得的研究成果被应用在业界领先的IC射频仿真GoldenGate软件上。
