TCP/IP protocol originated in the late 1960s and became the primary method of communication between computers by the 1990s. However, with the increase in network scale and complexity, the attack technology is constantly innovated, and various security incidents have emerged endlessly.
美国ICANN组织负责全球IP域名管理,网络空间被单边垄断。2002年,伊拉克战争期间,其顶级域名“.iq”一度被美国封杀。
与此同时,网络攻击无处不在,已经成为影响人民群众利益福祉的巨大威胁。对智能网联汽车,黑客可以利用智能驾驶辅助系统的漏洞实现远程控制车辆转向、加速、刹车、开门等操作,智能网联汽车面临着严峻且迫切的安全驾驶挑战。
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is a nonprofit organization that manages domain names and master server systems. For a long time, it was unilateral controlled by a few countries. On the other hand, Cybercrime has become an evolving issue, causing a severe socio-economic impact on global enterprises and individuals. On the Internet of vehicles, hackers can take advantage of the vulnerability of intelligent driver assistance systems to achieve remote control of vehicle steering, acceleration, braking, door opening, and other operations. Intelligent connected vehicles are facing severe and urgent security challenges.
网络空间是人类共同的活动空间,网络空间前途命运应由世界各国共同掌握。各国应该加强沟通、扩大共识、深化合作,共同构建网络空间命运共同体。

MIN supports multiple identifiers, including identity, content, service, geographic information, IP address, and other variants. MIN has a top-to-bottom hierarchy: all countries co-govern to realize interconnection, and each country manages its domain names and identifiers. Only MIN can turn the network into a co-governing space.
MIN体系贯彻真实身份注册使用网络,,网络流量可溯源到具体的个人用户,因此每个人都需要对自己的行为负责,法治的网络空间理想将成为现实。故MIN将促使全球网络空间命运共同体这一梦寐以求理想的成为现实,即网络空间联合国
All individual or organization users, all operators, and their devices must register a uniform ID in cyberspace with real identity information. MIN can trace the source of every data packet to keep everybody responsible and build cyberspace governed by the rule of law.

近两年,在“强网”拟态防御国际精英挑战赛和中国兵工学会主办的两届信息安全与对抗技术竞赛中,MIN网络三次作为实战题靶场,经历了上千个国内外精英团队发起的两千万次众测攻击仍保持不败纪录。
In the past two years, after a long-period penetration testing in three international elite security contests, MIN was effectively immune against all TCP/IP-based attacks from thousands of professional teams, thus verifying MIN’s strong security.

After the long-term research, we have authorized dozens of Chinese and American patents. In 2019, MIN architecture and its prototype were rewarded as the leading technology achievements of the 6th Wuzhen World Internet Conference、the overall winner - Diamond international invention of the year in the 22nd BIS Show & Awards British Invention Show、the Gold award of the 25th National Exhibition of Inventions、the Gold award of the 5th China (Shanghai) International Exhibition of Inventions、the silver award of the 49th Geneva International Invention Exhibition. This reflects the expectation of industry and academia for MIN network.
MIN体系具有小中大多层次应用场景,包括高安全专网、工业互联网、智能网联汽车、智慧城市、金网工程、卫星互联网、网空联合国等。
MIN can be deployed broadly under various small, medium, and large scenarios, including high-security private networks, Industrial Internet, Intelligent Connected Vehicles (ICV), smart city, finance network project, Satellite Internet, and United Nations of Cyberspace.
目前,团队已经研发了基于MIN体系的高安全专网系统MIN-VPN,在多个行业展开应用部署,并将形成系列国家标准。
At present, we have developed a high-security private network MIN-VPN based on the MIN and put forward the relevant communication industrial standards.
未来,MIN体系将凭借高安全性逐渐实现去IP化,推进全球互联网治理体系变革,进而成为全球公共网络体系。
In the future, the high security of MIN will naturally lead users to non-IP traffic and achieve de-IP procedures progressively. In turn, MIN will become the new global public network.
