Zhang Shuo is a graduate student in 2015. He was admitted by Peking University from China University of Mining and Technology, majoring in microelectronics and solid state electronics. After graduation, he entered BOE and held a post.His research interests mainly focus on the preparation of flexible stretchable sensors through carbon nanotubes (CNT).During the three years, Zhang Shuo built a flexible stretcher sensor platform by himself, and finally successfully prepared a flexible stretcher sensor combining CNT with Ecoflex with good performance.This research result plays a positive role in promoting the application of flexible stretch-able sensor, and is therefore published in the international Journal of Material Chemistry C.

Ding Dedong is a graduate student in 2015. He was admitted to Peking University from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He majored in microelectronics and solid state electronics for his master’s degree.His research interests focus on charge pumps in power management.In the past three years, Ding Dedong has designed a charge pump with full power and high integration with frequency doubling scheme and multi-phase scheme.Compared with the current research status at home and abroad, the new full multiplier scheme proposed by him realizes the voltage conversion of arbitrary integer multiplier, improves the integration of charge pump system, contributes to the improvement of the efficiency of charge pump system, and provides a new solution for the application of charge pump in the future.The findings were presented at the SID and ISCAS conferences.The following are part of the papers published by the two students during their postgraduate study:
