1997年获浙江大学(华家池校区)环境保护专业学士学位;

1999年9月-2005年3月,哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院,获环境工程硕士、博士学位;

2005年7月-2007年8月,北京大学环境科学与工程学院,博士后;

2014年2月-2015年2月,美国斯坦福大学,访问学者;

2007年8月至今,北京大学深圳研究生院环境与能源学院,教师;现任教授、博士生导师、深圳市重金属污染控制与资源化重点实验室主任;承担《环境微生物工程》和《水处理原理与工程》研究生课程。

主要从事水污染治理和重金属污染控制与资源化方向的研究。致力于探寻污染成因机理,基于环境微生物的基础研究最新成果将高能耗、高成本的传统环境污染处理过程变换为可再生的能源和资源综合转化过程,实现可持续发展目标。先后主持和参加了国家自然科学基金,国家水体污染控制与治理科技重大专项,中国博士后基金,广东省自然科学基金,深圳市科学计划等项目20余项。
