Wang Huan is a master’s degree student in 2014. He was admitted to SECE, Peking University from Hunan University. His master’s major is microelectronics and solid-state electronics. After graduation, he joined Huawei as an engineer. His research interests are mainly focused on the preparation of flexible and stretchable carbon nanotube films by using carbon nanotube (CNT) array transfer technology, and for the preparation of high-performance flexible TENG. Under the joint guidance of Mrs. Zhang Min and Mrs. Zhang Haixia, Wang Huan finally realized the transfer of vertical carbon nanotube arrays in PDMS. At the same time, material improvement and surface morphology modification were introduced into the surface of film, which significantly improved the power generation efficiency of TENG. The research results play a positive role in promoting the application of friction power generation technology in the field of flexible wearable devices, so the research results won the excellent research award of Peking University in 2015-2016 academic year.

Deng Yanyan is a master’s degree graduate in 2014, who was recommended by Xiangtan University to the SECE, Peking University. Her master’s major is microelectronics and solid-state electronics. After graduation, she joined Huawei and worked in supply chain management department. Her research interests mainly focused on the performance improvement and selective biological detection function of carbon nanotube thin film transistor (CNT-TFT). Under the guidance of Mrs. Zhang Min and Mr. Chen Wenxin of Hong Kong University of science and technology, Deng Yanyan has greatly improved the contact resistance between carbon nanotubes and electrodes by exploring low-temperature annealing conditions, and has realized flexible carbon CNT-TFT with excellent electrical properties and 91% transparency. Based on the preparation of CNT-TFT with high performance and high homogeneity, through the cooperation with Professor Li Zigang and his graduate student Yuan Fang from school of chemical biology and Biotechnology of Peking University, Deng Yanyan successfully realized the accurate, effective and selective detection of 5-hmc DNA. The standard concentration curve of DNA samples means that we can quantitatively detect 5-hmc DNA samples with different concentrations, so as to apply CNT to biomedical field. Due to excellent research results and excellent academic achievements, Deng Yanyan won the excellent learning award in 2014-2015 academic year, national scholarship and innovation award in 2015-2016 academic year.
