From November 3rd to 6th, 2020, affected by the global epidemic situation, Li Ni attended the icsict 2020 (International Conference on solid state and integrated circuit technology) online and published the research results entitled “a dual gate igzo source gate converter based on field modulation by TCAD simulation”.

“Due to the epidemic, the meeting was held in the form of online video. Although I  didn’t attend in person, I learned a lot from video reports,” she said, “The preparation time for this meeting is quite short. Thanks a lot for prof. Zhang Min and prof. Zhang Lining’s guidance.”
