Recently, the RSC official account (WeChat subscription) reported the cover article published on the Nanoscale, “Ultralow-power Flexible Transparent Carbon Nanotube Synaptic Transistors for Emotional Emotional”. Zhang Min and Wang Yalong are the corresponding authors and the first author of this article respectively. This report gives a detailed and clear graphic introduction on the research background, main achievements, future prospects and author information of this work. The links are attached at the end of this article.
In this paper, a flexible transparent carbon nanotube synaptic transistor based on PVA / SiO2 hybrid dielectric layer is proposed. The biological synaptic function of the transistor is systematically simulated. It can not only identify and process the input signal through short-term plasticity, but also realize the learning and emotional memory function of human brain through long-term plasticity, and has advantages such as high flexibility, low working voltage , fast response and ultra-low power consumption. It has application potential in flexible wearable intelligent applications and artificial intelligence systems.
