RESEARCH INTERESTS

We apply combined computational, biochemical and biophysical approaches to characterize the atomic-level mechanisms of enzymatic catalysis and protein regulations involved in important cellular processes. Currently we focus on the mechanistic study of cofactor-independent oxygenase, and the protein-protein interactions in viral infection or cell cycle regulations.
