北京大学深圳研究生院新材料学院新型镀膜技术与装备实验室由院长潘锋（教授）领衔、吴忠振（副教授）为负责人，目前拥有团队成员18人，聚焦于以等离子体物理为基础的物理气相沉积技术（高功率脉冲磁控溅射HiPIMS、常规溅射技术、阴极弧、离子注入、微弧氧化等）、核心装备、等离子体模拟、涂层与薄膜材料与应用的研究。课题组以研发为中心，成果产业化为目标，结合深圳及珠三角当地产业，与企业和政府合作，针对镀膜装备、硬质涂层及自清洁等功能涂层，承担了多项研究课题。因科研需要，学院拟招聘博士后及其他研究人员若干名，欢迎相关专业人才积极加盟我院。 研究方向： 高性能、多用途涂层设备核心部件及真空系统研发； 结构部件仿真及等离子体模拟研究； 功能涂层及薄膜材料、工艺与应用研究（PVD和MAO）。 申请条件： 博士后：必须具有或短期内可获得博士学位，拥有材料、机械、物理、化学、电气电子学科背景。工作积极主动，踏实认真，善于沟通，并具有一定的写作能力，善于团队合作、协同创新。 工程师或研究助理：一般具有本科以上学历，拥有材料、机械、物理、化学、电气电子学科背景，有企业工作经验者优先，有市场开发经验者优先。工作积极主动，踏实认真，善于沟通，做事细心，能吃苦耐劳、责任心强。 薪资待遇： 按照学院规定执行，优秀人员可面议。 博士后（一般与其他单位合作） 1）基本工资30-35万/年（包括所有政府资助）； 2）科研绩效津贴：科研成果和实验室项目奖励（数额不定）； 3）海外博士可申请广东省海外博士后特助（30万）； 4）协助申请博士后基金和青年基金，成绩突出的出站后可以留在学院的研发和产业化的体系中，享有深圳市的人才政策（科研启动经费30万/3年，深圳市后备级人才或孔雀人才，享受补贴160万）。 工程师或研究助理： 1、按照学院规定执行，优秀人员可面议； 2、被录用者与我院签订正式劳动合同，按规定缴纳五险一金，享受国家法定假期，节假日按规定发放津贴； 3、入职满一年后，可以享受15日带薪公休假，不满一年按入职时间折算；每年一次定期免费体检 应聘材料：1.个人简历 2.研究兴趣和规划 联系人：吴老师：wuzz@pkusz.edu.cn 实验室网页：https://web.pkusz.edu.cn/wuzz/ |

Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School Recruiting Postdoctoral Associates and Lab Researchers The Lab of Advanced Coating Technologies & Equipment at Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School is led by Prof. Feng Pan (Dean of the School of Advanced Materials) and Prof. Zhongzhen Wu. Currently there are 18 members in the group and we focus on physical vapor deposition technologies based on plasma physics, including sputtering (especially good at HiPIMS), cathodic arc deposition, ion implantation, micro-arc oxidation. We also focus on the development of plasma simulation, new coating equipment, design and applications of functional coatings and thin-films. Besides in-lab research and development, we aim to commercialize new technologies. We work closely with local governments and companies in Shenzhen and surrounding cities, and run several funded projects in developing coating equipment, hard coatings, and self-cleaning coatings. We are now growing quickly, and we are hiring new postdoctoral associates and lab researchers. Research area: Development of key components and vacuum systems in high performance and multifunctional coating equipment; 高性能、多用途涂层设备核心部件及真空系统研发； Simulation of structural components and plasma; 结构部件仿真及等离子体模拟研究； Deposition and applications of PVD and MAO functional coatings and thin-films 功能涂层及薄膜材料、工艺与应用研究（PVD和MAO）。 Qualifications: A qualified applicant should have received a PhD degree, or will receive a PhD degree shortly, in the areas of materials, mechanics, physics, chemistry, or electrical engineering. Qualified candidate should work hard and be self-motivated, care to the details, and have strong communication skills. The candidate should write efficiently and work as a team player. Compensation: Follows the policy of the school, and open to negotiation. Postdoctoral associates 1）Base salary: 300,000-350,000 RMB/year (including funding from government); 2）Performance bonuses: based on research outputs and awards (by your achievements); 3）PhD received outside of China can apply for Overseas Postdoc Funding of Guangdong province (300,000 RMB) 4）We will assist you to apply for Postdoc Funding and Youth Funding from NSFC, and provide opportunities to conduct research overseas or cooperate with companies for commercialization. After finishing the Postdoc term, qualified candidates have the opportunity to continue their work at the School of Advanced Materials, and will benefit from the talent policy of Shenzhen (including seed research funding of 300,000 RMB for 2 years, and 1,600,000 RMB housing supplement if qualified for Backup talents or Peacock plan)
