一、会议背景:
细胞内钙离子动员是一种普遍存在的信号机制,调节着几乎所有细胞活动的各个方面。在1989年和1995年,我们实验室发现了两个新的第二信使——环腺苷二磷酸核糖(cADPR)和烟酸腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NAADP),它们可以动员三个生物界不同细胞系统的细胞内钙库。和之前发现的三磷酸肌醇(IP3)相似,cADPR可以释放内质网钙库;NAADP则不同,它靶向酸性内吞-溶酶体钙库。
本会议由我们、韩国全北国立大学医学院的Prof. Kim Uh-Hyun和日本金沢大学的Prof. Haruhiro Higashida共同发起,集中探讨NAD相关的信号功能,从2011年开始在中日韩三国轮流举办。2019.11.29-12.1在中国深圳成功举办了第七届NAD亚洲会议。会议一共邀请了22位来自中国、韩国、日本、英国、意大利等国家的专家给了学术报告,包括了4个大的主题:
- Production of nucleotide messengers.
- Nucleotide messengers and calcium signaling.
- SARM1.
- Biological functions of CD38 and Sirtuins.
